Yoga Nidra is the «sleep of the yogis» and is a guided awareness practice that allows a student to work within the subconscious layers of perception in order to identify old patterns, create new thoughts, and cultivate sankalpa, or intention. It is a tool that brings a greater awareness of Self, while providing a deeply relaxing and stress-reducing experience.
